THEMAA is the French national association for puppetry arts, bringing together more than 400 professional and amateur members. Its role is to represent the profession, promote puppetry arts and foster interprofessional dialogue. It coordinates projects, events and communication tools such as the MANIP magazine. THEMAA is the French center of UNIMA . The association is also a member of UFISC to include the sector's issues in the national field of live performance. In 2020, it launched Les Rendez-vous du Commun, a space for shared reflection. An active observatory, THEMAA positions itself as a catalyst for the common concerns of the puppetry profession.

I have been an elected international advisor for THEMAA since 2015. I currently participate as a representative of the four international advisors on the Board of Directors, which has entrusted me with the task of Secretary of the association for the year 2024-25.
